Plum tomatoes are perfect for canning. These are USDA Certified Organic, packed 25 pounds per box.
Always plan on canning your tomatoes a day or two AFTER you pick them up as they normally are not to the degree of ripeness typically used for canning when delivered. That said, always build some flexibility into your caning schedule in case they need a few more days OR are riper than expected.
