Fluke is the Northeast name for Northern Flounder, sometimes referred to as summer flounder. They range from Nova Scotia to Florida, but mostly between Maryland and Massachusetts. The taste is virtually identical to flounder, very mild and tender. Great for sauteing or baking. These are skinless and boneless filets. Price is per pound.
