A whole side of fresh and delicious Salmon filet, skin on one side. Farm raised IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN, (NOT in a pond) from the clean cold waters off of Canada.
You get a whole side of Salmon! They average about 4 ½ lbs. total. We get these from the dock that shucks and cleans the scallops from the Atlantic Warrior, they ship these whole sides to top seafood restaurants in our area.
This is absolutely succulent fish. Use some now and freeze the rest or share it with a friend or neighbor! Better yet, have a home smoker? There’s nothing like fresh smoked salmon. We invoice you for $69.99 for the whole side and then determine the final weight and settle up when you pick up, based on $15.75/Lb.
