2017 CSA Registration
Please register me as a member of Summer Wind Farm’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program for the summer 2018 growing season.
I understand that farming is a seasonal and unpredictable business that may have unforeseen risks, and the exact selections and quantities included in the weekly harvest will change as the season moves forward. In joining the CSA, I understand and agree to share in the changes and variations normal in farming and that for reasons beyond the control of Summer Wind Farms LLC there may be failures of any or all crops.
I understand the vegetable CSA program will run approximately 22 weeks, starting late May/early June and lasting into October and the fruit share starts approximately July 1 and ends the same time for about 18 weeks. The Fall share begins at the end of the summer share and runs for 8 weeks.

Add a summer fruit share, pick up at the same location and time as the vegetable share:
Pay in full _____$295.00 OR pay a deposit of ______$100.00 and two more payments of $100.
Add a Fall Share, pick up at the same location and time as the vegetable share.
Pick up at the Farm $185.00 _____ Pick up at a drop off location $200.00_____
Buy any TWO shares and deduct 5%, buy all THREE shares and deduct 7% if paid in full.
I have read and understand this contract as well as the “frequently asked questions” section of our site which explains most details of our CSA program in its entirety. I agree with the terms and conditions of the Summer Wind Farms, LLC CSA program.
