PLEASE NOTE: Seafood supplies are volatile, we will do our best to keep you informed of any supply disruptions.
Remember many items, fresh fish in particular, are subject to final weight, meaning the weight of a particular item may be somewhat more or less than what you ordered online. We simply settle any refunds or balances due when you pick up. If you are sending someone to pick up your order, please make sure they have cash or a credit card in case there is a balance due.
Seafood prices change frequently. You pay the price that the item is listed for here on our web site at the time of your order.
Occasionally an item will not be available due to the catch coming in light, weather conditions or other factors. We will attempt to contact you immediately if such a situation occurs on something you ordered.
We pool together orders, then drive to Cape May County to bring fresh Jersey Seafood to Summer Wind Farms Market located at the Dutch Wagon Amish Farmer’s Market at 109 Rt. 70 East in Medford. We also work with top suppliers to the area’s best seafood restaurants to bring fresh, restaurant quality seafood from mostly North American waters to your table at an affordable price.
All seafood is available pre-order and pre-paid only.

Shellfish – We supply only local, premium quality shellfish. Our ‘dry’ Jersey caught scallops are preservative free and flat out the best you’ll have. They are harvested from local waters and we pick up them up right at the dock in Cape May County.
Day Boat “Dry” Scallops - These scallops are fresh from the waters of New Jersey and have not been treated with liquid preservatives, or more precisely, the chemical- sodium tripolyphosphate which allows scallops to absorb water, which you end up paying for. It also ruins the taste and texture. these are pure fresh from local waters "dry" Day Boat Scallops! There is nothing quite so delicious as a fresh, Jersey scallop! Full pound increments only,
Mussels – Fresh mussels from Atlantic waters, 2-pound bag
Clams – Fresh, and delicious and harvested from Virginia waters! Great for clams and linguine, clams’ casino, on the half shell, steamers and more!
Oysters “South Bay Salts” - The salty, succulent flavor of the Cape May Salt has made it a favorite of oyster lovers for centuries. These are grown in the lower Delaware Bay, giving them their distinctive salty flavor.
Fresh Fish - Our fish is generally either filet or loins. All are fresh, never frozen and caught in either local or North American waters. Full pound increments only. **For weighed seafood (filet, loins and whole fish) your final price is determined by the actual weight when you pick up in the market. Your advance order and payment is based on an estimated weight.
Locally Caught Fish:
Sword Fish – LOCAL! Fresh sword fish loins from local Atlantic waters. Firm meaty and delicious, especially grilled or broiled.
Yellow Fin Tuna - LOCAL! This is absolutely spectacular fresh tuna caught off the coast of New Jersey. Prices on tuna are lower than they have been for weeks. This is #1 grade Tuna, the grade used for sushi and sashimi. This grade is bright, shiny and translucent with a fine texture. If you want really great quality Tuna, this is it. This is NOT supermarket tuna.
Monkfish - Tight, meaty white flesh that is often compared to lobster meat. Mild flavored and versatile. LOCAL!
Other North Atlantic Fish:
Atlantic Cod: Mild with a dense flaky white flesh, great baked or fried. these are caught off the coast of Massachusetts.
Mahi Mahi - NOT AVAILABLE. Lean flesh with a mild, sweet flavor profile, moderately firm texture and large, moist flakes.
Flounder/Fluke – East Coast flounder or Fluke is available in limited quantities from New Bedford MA. This flounder is tender and moist, very flaky. Best sautéed, baked or broiled. Handle with care in the pan, very delicate. Wonderful flavor and texture.
Atlantic Halibut - Caught from day-boats only, Halibut are the kings of North Atlantic waters. They are an exquisite fish with lean mild, sweet tasting, white flesh, large flakes and a firm but tender texture.
Canadian Salmon Sides: A whole side of fresh and delicious Salmon filet, skin on one side. They average about 4 ½ lbs. total but can vary. We get these from the dock that shucks and cleans the scallops from the Atlantic Warrior, they ship these whole sides to top seafood restaurants in our area. This is succulent fish. Use some now and freeze the rest or share it with a friend or neighbor! We invoice you for the whole side and then determine the final weight and settle up when you pick up.
Lobster Tails – We provide warm water Brazilian tails, previously frozen. The supply of tails is very tight for this holiday season. We are offering the 6 oz. tail and the 10 oz. tail. Both are subject to final weight, so YOU MAY HAVE A BALANCE DUE OR A REFUND COMING WHEN YOU PICK UP. The 6 ounce is a medium single serving, great for surf and turf or served with other seafood. The 10 ounce is supper club size single serving and may come in as much as 12 oz. on final weight. These are superb quality tails from the same source as those served in many high end Jersey shore restaurants.
Pasteurized Imported Crab Meat. We’ve added imported crab meat to our list for the Holiday season. “Claw meat” is richly flavored and is great for soups, bisques etc. “Backfin Lump” and “Super Lump” are best for crab cakes. “Jumbo Lump” works great in a crab cake but is harder to hold together because of its size, it’s also great for crab imperial or crab marinara. “Colossal is best for crab meat cocktail. If you’re making a large sized crab dish don’t be afraid to mix two grades together to get the size and texture you desire. Prices are per one pound can.
SHRIMP – Our shrimp taste the way shrimp are supposed to. We provide ONLY wild caught shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico. All shrimp is frozen at sea. Available only as a 5-pound food service block frozen. Enjoy fine restaurant quality shrimp at home. We do not sell ‘EZ Peel’, peeled or precooked shrimp. Full pound increments only.
Wild Caught Gulf Brown Shrimp –BROWN SHRIMP ARE BACK!!! Brown shrimp are firm and VERY flavorful, the absolute best choice for shrimp cocktail. There rich flavor is great in gumbo, jambalaya and other richly flavored dishes. These are not the bland tasting farm raised shrimp you find on sale in the super market.
Wild Caught White Shrimp -White shrimp have a milder flavor than their brown cousins. They are excellent for scampi’s, frying, broiling and most cooked dishes. The U-15’s are great for grilling, broiling or making stuffed shrimp.
Calamari – We carry calamari from The Town Dock located on the waterfront in Port Judith, Rhode Island. They are the largest supplier of calamari in the United States. These calamari are NOT imported, they are harvested in waters off New England. The Town Dock’s calamari have a light almost buttery taste. Supplied as a 2 ½ pound frozen restaurant block.
